Mr. Anastasios Karagounis graduated from the Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering of the Polytechnic Faculty of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in
2002 (Section of Electronics and Computer). He received his MSc degree in
Microelectronics in 2005 from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunication
of the National University of Athens funded by the State Scholarships
Foundation. He is currently a PhD student in the field
of testing and calibration analog and digital VLSI circuits in the University of Athens. He has worked as
a lecturer in the Department of Electronics of the Technological Educational Institution of
Lamia since 2004. He participated in the European Research Programs Pythagoras I, II
and Archimedes II TEI as a researcher and
engineer. He is the author or co-author of more than 8 original publications in scientific journals and
conferences. His research interests are: micro-nano technologies, design, testing and calibration of digital and analog RF circuits.
